Senior Practitioner, North Wales Advocacy

TGP Cymru has been providing services to vulnerable children, young people and families across Wales for 15 years.

We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Practitioner to join our existing team:

Senior Practitioner
£23,866 (Interim Starting Salary)
Additional 2 SCP for internal staff
30 – 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced individual to work directly with children and young people through the provision of independent professional advocacy, while also supporting the Team Manager through the direct line management of a number of staff.

You will manage a small case load, working directly with children and young people in receipt of input from Social Services. In addition, you will directly line manage a number of staff and at key times, respond to day to day queries from the wider team. You will work closely with the Team Manager on Service delivery and development.

If you are committed to improving outcomes for children, young people and families and want to work for a progressive, forward thinking organisation please apply.

For more details and an informal discussion, please contact Sarah Durrant on 01545 571865.
