Recent research undertaken in South Wales and across the UK has revealed the shocking extent of food insecurity in Wales today. If a family cannot afford to feed their children, or can only afford to feed them cheap, unhealthy food, what implications does that have for their future and what can be done about it?

We will have a variety of speakers addressing different aspects of food insecurity and round table discussions, with opportunities to network and share good practice.

The event is aimed at practitioners, managers and decision makers.

If you have an interest in, or work with children and young people living in low income or disadvantaged families, come and find out more.

This event will be held again in North Wales later in the year

The event is FREE and space is limited
