Supporting young carers from 5-18years of age.
We try to make life easier by offering practical and emotional support to the young carer and family so they can enjoy some time of their own and achieve what they want. We are currently supporting 119 young carers in Gwynedd.
We offer:
One to one support and respiteGroup activitiesHoliday outings and activitiesOpportunities to participate and have a say about young carer’s issues.
These opportunities allow the young carer time to relax, away from caring responsibilities. They also give the opportunity for them to meet other young carers in the same situation.
