Barnardo’s Marlborough Road Partnership provides a range of services for vulnerable and disadvantaged young people aged 16 - 21 in Cardiff and Newport. The Marlborough Road Partnership is one of six services across Wales offering support to vulnerable 16 – 21 year olds.
All the services aim to help vulnerable and disadvantaged young people gain the necessary skills, knowledge and awareness in order that they can live more independently as citizens within their communities.
