The service offers one to one support, information, advice and advocacy.  Users are welcome to become a member or volunteer and to join in the other activities of the organisation.  Self-referral or contact made via another agency. 

Parents must have spent time in the looked after system as a child.  They can receive this service at any time, but particularly if still in the looked after system, or if they are receiving leaving care services, or involved with Social Services in regard to their own children.
