The aim of the service is to empower parents and carers by offering support and advice on developing good speech and language skills in babies and children.  This in turn leads to enriched relationships within the family and to children enjoying school more.  The group offers talks, workshops and drop-in sessions in a number of settings.  Referrals come from health visitors but parents can also self-refer.
