The North Wales Family Support Service provides interventions to families, individuals, children and young people who have experienced trauma including sexual violence or domestic abuse. We also run several group work programmes: Butterflies Right to be Safe Domestic Abuse Programmes including support for women, children and teenagers at risk, The Caring Dads programme and Talking to my Mum.
Familyiess or individuals can refer themselves to this service or they can be referred by a professional. Women can seek help from this service when they have left refuge or the abusive relationship.
