The Forest Children's Centre in Duffryn is a new innovative Integrated Children's Centre which delivers a variety of services to families in the Duffryn area and the wider community of Tredegar Park.

The Centre works in partnership with Duffryn Community Link and Duffryn Infant School to provide a range of services for children in line with the WAG requirements for an integrated children's centre. These include a 48 place Playgroup (which is a registered education provider), Wrap Around care, crèche facilities and a large play garden where children are encouraged to learn through outdoor play in line with current best Early Years practice.

The Centre also houses a 78 place LEA Nursery and a Community Café. Open Access Play initiatives are currently being piloted and the centre is looking to develop its services further. A fully equipped training room supported by RISE provides much needed community training facilities.
