Services Provided        

Domiciliary support in the home or out of home activities.  Short break support can also be commissioned from Taith Newydd a Foster Care Project managed by NCH Cymru.  Support is provided by Family Resource Workers.

The service is accessed through the Children with Disabilities Team based at the Firs Chepstow

A parent, carer or professional can access our service when they feel they need support to cope with the pressures of looking after a child with a disability
