Wrexham: Second Voice

Second Voice is an advocacy service based in Wrexham that helps young people aged 11-25 get heard on issues affecting them. These issues include bullying, exclusion from services and family problems.

Second Voice believes that the voices of children and young people should be heard, and their advocates are trained in supporting young people in this.

The young people in the group also meet weekly to discuss the direction and development of the project.  This is done through a series of task groups including marketing and publicity, and accreditation groups.
