Action for children’s children’s rights project, Carmarthenshire, offers advocacy and participation services to looked after children and young people and care leavers in Carmarthenshire.
The advocacy service offers support to children and young people to ensure they have their say when decisions are being made about them. Advocacy can enable young people to take responsibility and control for the decisions which may affect their lives.
Children and young people can contact our project by phone, text or email. Referrals can be made via the MEIC helpline. Referrals can be made on the young person’s behalf once they have had the consent of the young person.
