The Children and Young People's Plan is a 3 year strategic plan developed and owned by the Children and Young People's Partnership.  You can find out more information on planning guidance and regulations in relation to the Plan on the Welsh Assembly Government website.

In response to Children in Wales members requesting access/information on Children and Young People's Plans across Wales, we are collating links to each local authority website where you will find Plans for each area as they become available.
