The Children and Young People’s Research Network is part of the Clinical Research Collaboration Cymru (CRC Cymru), the Wales-wide health and social care research infrastructure commissioned by the Welsh Assembly Government.
CRC Cymru has the objective to increase grant funding in Wales through the development of high quality research.
The aims of the Network are to:

* The main effort of the Network is to coordinate and bring together people involved in research activity in Wales. The Network oversees Research Development Groups to provide advice and expertise in research work with children, young people and their families. Currently the Network has 3 groups:
* The Network also coordinates 2 working groups that bring together expertise in research methods or issues in children’s research:
* ‘Network News’ is a monthly newsletter for Network members highlighting new research, events, training and research opportunities. Click here to join the Network.
