Gwynedd Family Groups Meetings are run by the Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project. Funded by the Social Services Department, all areas of child-care are considered, as are self-referrals and multi-agency referrals. The referral capacity is 35 per year. Recent developments include specific work around after-care and co-operation with 'Supporting People' around homelessness.
