Conwy has been using family group meetings since 2001. The name of the service is Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project and it is provided by Cartref Bontnewydd Trust.

Denbighshire have contracted Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project to undertake family group conferences.

Flintshire has had their own in-house family group meeting project, Taith y Teulu, since 1998.

Gwynedd have been using family group meetings since 1991. The service is provided by the Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project, which is part of the work of the Cartref Bontnewydd Trust.

Family group meeting services in Wrexham are provided by Barnardo's Cymru.

Anglesey have been using family group meetings since 1997, with the service provided by the Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project.
