Conwy has been using family group meetings since 2001. The service is provided by Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project.

Denbighshire have contracted Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project to undertake 30 family group conferences a year.

Flintshire has had their own in-house family group meeting project, Taith y Teulu, since 1998.

Gwynedd have been using family group meetings since 1992. The service is provided by the Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project, which is part of the work of the Cartref Bontnewydd Trust.

Flintshire Family Group Meeting Project have recently been approached by Wrexham to run a pilot project in Wrexham County Borough Council.

Anglesey have been using family group meetings since 1997, with the service provided by the Cwlwm Family Group Meeting Project.
