Asylum, Refugee & Migration Issues
Children in Wales carries out a range of work relating to Asylum, Refugee and Migration issues. This includes:

  • Child Protection Policy and Advice
  • Participating in the Support Groups for both Accompanied and Unaccompanied Asylum Seekers
  • Asylum and Children Training

Asylum, Refugee & Migration Issues and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child: Children in Wales' work relates closely to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The work on Asylum, Refugee & Migration Issues relates to Article 7, Article 8, Article 10, Article 20, Article 22 and Article 39 of the UN Convention . These Articles can be viewed in the UN Convention section of this site.
