The purpose of this seminar is to consult with colleagues on

What professionals already do to look at issues around physical punishment
What professionals think they need now, to work on these issues
What professionals think they may need in future if the law changes to give children equal protection, by removing the defence of reasonable punishment
Whether the materials currently in development are likely to meet that need

We welcome a wide range of professionals who work in this field to help us see the spectrum of materials needed
