No further Legislative Competence Orders (LCOs) will now be proposed. Proposed Legislative Competence Orders laid before the National Assembly for Wales have been withdrawn following the Yes vote in the referendum on primary law making powers for the National Assembly for Wales on 3 March 2011. As a result of the referendum the Assembly will be able to consider Assembly Bills from 5 May.
