Tros Gynnal: Family Group Meeting Co-ordinator

SCP 26-34 £22,221-£28,636, (37 hours per week) Temporary contract until March 2011

Family Group Meetings enable families to make plans and decisions. They encourage the active involvement of extended family and friends and facilitate decision making within families.

  • Are you experienced in working with children, young people and families?
  • Do you have the skills to work creatively to achieve positive outcomes?
  • Do you have a belief that families have strengths within themselves to solve their own issues?
