We’re the world’s independent children’s charity. We’re outraged that millions of children are still denied proper healthcare, food, education and protection. We’re working flat out to get every child their rights and we’re determined to make further, faster changes. How many? How fast? It’s up to you.
In this key strategic role, you will lead, inspire and motivate our highly professional policy and advocacy team, and oversee the successful development and delivery in Wales of our campaign to end child poverty in the UK. You’ll ensure we’re making the best possible use of our resources and increasing our impact. You’ll be an experienced senior manager with a background in a relevant sector and an in-depth knowledge of public policy issues relating to children and young people, particularly in the context of the devolved Welsh government. Highly skilled at lobbying and networking, you’ll have proved yourself capable of building strong and lasting partnerships, and communicating with a range of different audiences.
