We believe in children – and that’s why we’re looking for an influential and persuasive leader who’ll engage and build relationships with commitment and experience of partnership working. You’ll have proven management skills and the ability to apply leadership and expertise to maintain and develop this crucial service.
You’ll have a professional social care qualification, i.e. Social Work, Youth Work, Health or Education with extensive experience of managing and supervising staff, students or volunteers along with experience of working with children and young people. A good knowledge of therapeutic and intensive work is also required.
