A Personal Adviser is required to assist young people leaving the care system in their transition to independence.
You’ll be responsible for working alongside young people in planning their future needs. You will have proven communication skills and be expected to work within current legislation.
Previous experience of working with young people and be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team and have the ability to use your own initiative is essential.
