Family Group Conferencing (FGC) is a globally successful decision making and planning model, which was first developed in New Zealand and has empowered families in Wales for over 15 years. This conference is presented by the All Wales Family Group Meeting Network and it will discuss FGC’s current benefit to Wales, focusing on consolidating family led decision-making where it is working well and exploring where it can be extended in areas which would further benefit families, professionals and policy-makers.
