You’ll be an influential and persuasive leader who’ll engage and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring that high quality service delivery reaches them in the most effective way, making sure families and young people are at the heart of all the decision making process which affects their lives.
You’ll also be an exceptional individual with a strong background in managing and developing services, you’ll be able to lead a large and lively team and strategically work with external partners to develop and deliver services. With a professional qualification in Social Work, Youth and Community or Housing Management (or equivalent), you must have extensive post-qualification experience and knowledge of the needs of vulnerable young people and their housing and/or health needs.
