Based in Cardiff, responsibilities include development, marketing, delivery and provision of a high quality learning and development programme for those who work with and for children, young people and their families in Wales. Applicants should have excellent written and oral communication skills and understand children and families services in Wales in order to identify training needs.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
