You’ll work closely with the Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator to support disabled children and their families/carers. You’ll require a range of practical skills and experience in supporting disabled children. Ref: CYM742.
The post is fixed term until 31st March 2010 and requires access to a vehicle for work purposes.
